Diana World Tour inició en Hong Kong, lugar donde se crearon las primeras cámaras Lomográficas “Diana” en 1960; el proyecto consiste en customizar 100 Diana clones por distintas ciudades en el mundo, eligiendo a los artistas más destacados y que además compartan el gusto por éste arte fotográfico. Actualmente el tour está en Australia-Nueva Zelanda, dónde termina el 31 de marzo.

Nació en Vietnam, pero de jóven tuvo que huir a Estados Unidos, y así es como las historias de su vida, su visión, tenían que “resaltarse”… con su trabajo. Bordado y organza conviven en un entorno inesperado, que de alguna manera ayuda al significado: imagenes del pasado que necesitan mostrarse ahora, transparentes y profundas al mismo tiempo.

Impresionante! el trabajo que sale de las manos de Meredith Dittmar, artista residente de Portland, quién ha sabido moldear los conceptos “humano-animal-botánico-energéticos” con sus ideas y con una especie de polímero-arcilla que le dá el toque de suavidad a sus esculturas.
